- Former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee today. From all accounts, she deftly deconstructed the administration's incompetence, and burned a few Republican senators to boot.
- Less than 48 hours after winning the election, Trump was personally warned by Obama about Michael Flynn. Didn't listen, did he?
- This is a weird one. White house staff, feeling impotent, secretly called their Canadian counterparts to convince Trudeau to talk Trump out of scrapping NAFTA. This is absolutely bizarre, and demonstrates how challenging this infant-in-chief is to keep under control.
- The EPA science board shakeup was only the start. Now the Department of the Interior has dropped 200 scientific advisory boards too. This does not bode well.
