(Full text) Here's my favorite lines from Trump: "Does it make life better or safer for American workers or consumers?" and "Trump says for years, he has heard complaints from corporate executives about overly burdensome regulations". Note - most regulations are in place to make life better for American workers or consumers at the expense of corporate executives. There is now way that Trump intends for this to help the little people.
- This article on how ICE agents presently view themselves is horrifying. A colleague put it well: "CBP and ICE are the new paramilitaries. Trump knows that even after everyone else has abandoned him, he'll be able to count on CBP and ICE, because we formed them by giving a bunch of dumb Republicans guns and the ability to detain."
